Since Mike is out of town, if everyone still wants to meet in B43 in the conference room, I can show a video.
The video is about a model/tv personality that goes from eating a healthy diet, mostly whole foods, to a diet of low fat low calorie meals advertised all over your grocery store. She goes to a university to learn about digestion in processed foods vs. non-processed. She also goes to a food manufacturing plant and discusses with a food engineer about what they put into their low cal products. They also talk about diet drinks and how they make you eat more food, also about how coca-cola had to pull vitamin water from the shelves twice for misleading people into thinking they're a healthy drink. She also talks about lack of energy, also the ups and downs of it, and how she's always starving on this diet. In the end she switches back to whole foods, and is much happier. It's called "The Big Fat Truth about Low Fat Foods".
